Story :
In 2051， Ban-Cho (gang leader) Academy (an extraterritorial nation by delinquent students) dominates the world with violence. Malicious drug cartel， Black Heiro established economic base through dealing of drug “BB” and colonized all over Kanagawa prefecture by militant struggle. Then， independence war was happen. The war was prolonged with no solution and Ban-Cho Academy was born as an extraterritorial nation. The Ministry of Defense launches secret project “Strikers” to control this situation. They decide to send a special agent (Blu-Sailor Striker) to assassinate dominator Darth Bancho in Ban-Cho Academy…
